the location was great , it was close to the train station. many attractions were within walking distance. lots of restaurants were nearby , which was really convenient.

the check in time only looked after i booked it. it was disappointing as check in was at 3pm. i wanted to rest after a long day of travelling , but i had to wait.

The tv in the room did not work. i tried to watch a movie, but the screen flickered constantly. also, the plumbing made loud noises at night. It woke me up a few times. this hotel needs to fix such a crucial item.

I noticed some light rumble from the nearby underground. it wasn't significantly disruptive.

The location was undeniably convenient. I could walk to many attractions. the room had a useful hairdryer (especially for my hair!). i found the staff helpful. They addressed my queries promptly.

the room i got was smaller than expected (based on the photos i saw online). housekeeping did not change the bed linens . the bathroom also lacked a lock, inconvenient.
